CNN To Host Town Hall Event With James Comey Co-Hosted By College Students

CNN is planning a televised town hall event with former FBI director James Comey for some reason. It will be hosted by liberal Anderson Cooper and co-hosted by students from the liberal College of William and Mary.

Anyone who watched CNN’s town hall event after the Parkland shooting knows that CNN uses these events to advance the progressive agenda. Why else would they be doing this?

The Hill reports:

CNN to host town hall with Comey next month

Former FBI Director James Comey will sit down for a CNN town hall on April 25, the network announced on Wednesday

“The one-hour primetime Town Hall, moderated by CNN anchor Anderson Cooper, will be live from Phi Beta Kappa Memorial Hall at Comey’s alma mater, William & Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia, and will be co-hosted by the Student Assembly at William & Mary,” reads the release from CNN’s public relations.

“Following the release of Comey’s book, A Higher Loyalty: Truth, Lies & Leadership, Cooper will moderate a conversation between Comey and a live audience as they discuss his FBI career, his public firing and the high profile cases he oversaw including the bureau’s handling of the Hillary Clinton e-mail investigation and potential ties between the Trump campaign and Russia,” it continues.

Comey, who was fired by President Trump last May in events that led to the appointment of special counsel Robert Mueller, will also be interviewed by CNN’s Jake Tapper at 4 p.m. on April 19 as part of a book tour that includes interviews with Fox News’s Bret Baier and ABC’s George Stephanopoulos, among others.

CNN doesn’t care about what most people in America care about. Voters care about the economy, infrastructure, national security, the opioid crisis and many other issues.

All CNN cares about is relitigating the 2016 election over and over and over.
