Laura Ingraham made an excellent point on her show this week. There are still two sets of rules, one for DC elites and another for everyone else. Shr correctly points out that if anyone else had done what Andrew McCabe did, they would likely already be in jail.
From the FOX News Insider:
Ingraham: ‘If Any of Us Had Done What McCabe Did, We’d Already Be in Jail’
Laura Ingraham said in her “Angle” commentary that if any civilian exhibited fired FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe’s “outrageous lack of truthfulness,” they’d “already be in jail.”
Ingraham ripped Democrats who strongly criticized the White House over the termination.
Senate Minority Whip Richard Durbin of Illinois said President Donald Trump “put out a hit” on McCabe, while Rep. Mark Pocan of Wisconsin said it proves Trump “lacks human decency.”
Ingraham criticized Durbin’s and Pocan’s silence on the other half of the story – that McCabe had previously stepped away from the bureau over allegations he leaked information about the Clinton email scandal to the press.
“Frankly, he should’ve been sacked a long time ago,” she said.

This double standard has to end. The rule of law should apply, no matter how connected a person is in Washington, DC.
