FBI Warns Of Possible HOMEGROWN Terrorist Activity Over Thanksgiving

FBI: Possible Home Grown Terrorist Activity Over Thanksgiving

Now that Obama’s days in the White House are numbered, it wouldn’t be surprising if terrorists tried something.

After all, last year at this time we were faced with the San Bernardino massacre. And we were still reeling from the disaster of the Paris attacks. Terrorism is a real threat, worldwide.

CBS reported: The FBI is alerting law enforcement officials across the country that there is concern about a potential terrorist attack around Thanksgiving or the Inauguration, CBS News’ Jeff Pegues reports.

The alert specifically warned of homegrown terrorists and cited shopping malls, special events and other crowded venues as possible targets. Specific locations in Washington, D.C. and northern Virginia are described as “target-rich” zones. Potential tactics that could be used include guns, IEDs or drones equipped with IEDs.

The FBI is warning folks to watch for lone wolf activity which includes signs of persons who are isolated from friends/family and changes in lifestyle. Those with an abnormal interest in encrypted communications are also a red flag. And, they believe the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade may be a target.

Stay safe on the holidays, folks!
