Didn’t another prominent Democrat get into trouble cashing in on exorbitant speaking fees? Looks like Barack is taking a page from the Clinton playbook and raking in the dough with huge speaking fees, to Wall Street firms.
Breitbart has the story:
Barack Obama has agreed to a $400,000 fee for speaking to a prominent Wall Street firm, according to Charlie Gasparino of the Fox Business Network.
Former president Obama will speak to a health care conference sponsored by Cantor Fitzgerald in September, Gasparino reports.

Zero Hedge also reports Obama stands to pad his retirement with a massive book deal.
Two months ago, Penguin Random House won an auction to publish the first book by the Obamas since leaving office for a record price of $60 million. The sum was four times greater than the $15 million Bill Clinton received from Knopf, a division of Penguin Random House, for his 2004 memoirs My Life when he left the White House. George W Bush made an estimated $10 million from his book Decision Points.
