President Donald Trump made good on a pledge that he previously made about donating his salary to charitable causes.
Fox News Insider reported:
President Donald Trump donated his first presidential paycheck to the National Park Service, Press Secretary Sean Spicer said Monday.
Secretary of the Interior Ryan Zinke and Harpers’ Ferry National Park Superintendent Tyrone Brandyburg were on hand to accept the personal check for $78,333.32 on behalf of the park service.
Zinke reminded the press corps of the slogan inscribed on Yellowstone National Park’s Theodore Roosevelt Arch: “For the Benefit and Enjoyment of All People.”
He said that phrase is now considered the motto of his department.
The check, projected on a large screen, reflected Trump’s trademark signature and his Trump Tower address, and was addressed to the department’s Reston, Va. office.

The extremely biased left-leaning website “politifact” refuses to rate Trump’s claim that he isn’t taking a salary as true, rather they say that at best it is a “work in progress.”
Once again President Donald Trump is honoring something that he said that he was going to do and once again the media either refuses to acknowledge it or completely ignores it giving his actions no press coverage.
