Actor Jon Voight Cleaned The Seats For Gold Star Families At July 4th Celebration (VIDEO)

Actor Jon Voight joined Gold Star families on the fourth of July just as he promised to do.

He also helped out in ways that were truly humble.

The guy is a Hollywood star and he wiped the rain water off of chairs for Gold Star families.

Take a look:

Breitbart has more details about how the event went:

Outspoken conservative actor Jon Voight is joining a number of Gold Star moms and wives on the U.S. Capitol lawn for the pro-freedom, anti-socialist “Rally for Freedom” Independence Day morning.

Voight appeared on the Fox & Friends couch last week and talked about the Moms for America’s invitation, calling it an answer to prayer.

“There’s no greater honor than to stand with these moms who have lost their loved ones who sacrificed for our country, for our freedoms, and who love and honor and respect our nation,” he said while sitting next to Gold Star mom Karen Vaughn, who lost her Navy SEAL son Aaron Carson in 2011.

“Our message is clear. We lost sons, daughters, and husbands fighting to defend the Constitution and our Republic. Losing the very nation they died defending is not something we are willing to accept,” Vaughn said upon the rally’s announcement.

Here are some responses from people who were touched by Voight’s gesture:

Voight is truly a national treasure.
