Barbra Streisand Claims Women Who Support Trump Only Doing What Their Husbands Want

The Trump era has been very hard on poor Barbra Streisand. Months ago, she complained that it was making her fat. Now she is complaining about women who voted for Trump.

“A lot of women vote the way their husbands vote; they don’t believe enough in their own thoughts. Maybe that woman who’s so articulate, so experienced and so fit for the presidency [Hillary] was too intimidating,” Streisand said, according to the Daily Mail.

The singer’s take is, not surprisingly, exactly like that of Clinton. Asked in March about the 52% of white women who voted for Trump in the 2016 presidential election, the two-two presidential loser refused to acknowledge that women might have voted based simply on their own political preferences…

Streisand went on to say, “I love my country and it’s painful to see democracy being assaulted, institutions being assaulted and women being assaulted.”

Maybe Barbra should focus more on her music than politics. Just a thought.
