Something is seriously wrong with Joe Biden.
He showed up for a scheduled presser five hours late on Tuesday. Then, instead of talking about Afghanistan, like everyone was expecting, he touted his domestic agenda.
Finally, he talked about Afghanistan for a little but and then AGAIN, left promptly without taking questions.
From The Hill:
President Biden thanked House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) for her “masterful” leadership on Tuesday after House Democrats voted in lockstep to advance his economic agenda.
“We are a step closer to truly investing in the American people, positioning our economy for long term growth, and building an America that outcompetes the rest of the world,” Biden said in remarks from the Roosevelt Room. “My goal is to build an economy from the bottom up and middle out, not just the top down.”
Biden said he just got off a phone call with House leadership following the vote to adopt the $3.5 trillion budget blueprint. He thanked Pelosi and also offered praise for House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer (D-Md.), Majority Whip Jim Clyburn (D-S.C.), and Rep. Peter DeFazio (D-Ore.), who chairs the House Transportation Committee.
After that, he spoke briefly about Afghanistan and left.

Turning his back on Americans AGAIN during a crisis of his making, Biden refuses to take questions from the press. Including this question from Fox News correspondent Peter Doocy: "Do you guarantee every American will be out before the troops leave?" pic.twitter.com/dmQFF8YO0I

Loved the part where he said he has asked the pentagon to draft mew evacuation contingency plans because I could’ve sworn the White House told me they had already thought of every contingency.

Jaw on the FLOOR
Biden used his Afghanistan speech (!) to praise his unpopular hyperinflation bill that barely passed the house on party lines (220-212) & then read a 5 minute platitude on the largest terrorist hostage situation in American history.
Then took NO QUESTIONS

Blown away that Biden used his remarks on the crisis in Afghanistan — where more than 10,000 American lives could be at risk — to hype a partisan election overhaul bill.
Imagine being a stranded American and seeing that you're the THIRD ITEM on his to-do list.

If Republicans retake the House and/or the Senate in 2022, they should immediately move to impeach Biden.
Democrats impeached Trump for far less.
