The Clinton Foundation basically serves as a middle man. People or groups seeking favor from the State Department on Hillary Clinton’s watch couldn’t give her large amounts of money because that would obviously be seen as a bribe.
Instead, these people and groups made large donations to the Clinton Foundation. It’s nothing more than an influence peddling scam disguised as a charitable foundation.
