County In Michigan Joins Republican Effort To Impeach Gretchen Whitmer Over COVID Restrictions

Some Republican lawmakers in Michigan have begun an effort to impeach Democrat Governor Gretchen Whitmer over her most recent COVID-19 restrictions.

Whitmer has shown herself to be an authoritarian tyrant over the last several months and people have had it.

Now one county in Michigan has joined the Republican led effort against Whitmer.

A Michigan county board last week supported a Republican effort to impeach Democratic Gov. Gretchen Whitmer over her allegedly “unconstitutional” coronavirus restrictions.

The Kalkaska County Board of Commissioners voted in favor of supporting an impeachment resolution by a 4-2 vote on Friday, according to WPBN/WGTU. The county’s decision will be sent to a state legislative body, and the area has joined three Republican legislators in supporting the removal of the governor, Fox News reported.

“Unconstitutional executive orders, let me make that very clear, the executive orders issued by Governor Whitmer are the primary cause of the economic crisis Kalkaska County is experiencing,” Kalkasa Commissioner David Comai said, according to WPBN/WGTU.

Democrats like Whitmer have used the pandemic to take away many basic rights. She has earned this impeachment effort.

Think of all the businesses and lives in Michigan that have been destroyed in the last ten months.

Whitmer deserves to be impeached and ultimately replaced.
