President elect Donald Trump continues to piece together his administration and outline his first one-hundred days in office, and seemingly working at break neck speed, something not seen in the Beltway for a very long time.

It seems to be having an impact on the populace because Trump’s popularity among Americans is on a steady rise.

Western Journalism reports:

As President-elect Donald Trump continues to piece together his future administration and outline his first one-hundred days in office, Trump’s popularity among Americans seems to be on a steady rise.

According to a new Economist/YouGov poll released Monday, only 50 percent of Americans view the president-elect unfavorably, marking a significant decline from pre-election numbers, which frequently had his unfavorability rating above 60 percent.

In contrast, 44 percent of Americans view Trump favorably, which has remained rather consistent over the past several weeks.

At least part of this shift may relate to Trump’s handling of the transition, which Americans tend to view favorably, with 45 percent of Americans approving compared to 40 percent who disapprove.

Americans are actually seeing something being done for the working class. Maybe there is reason for optimism, time will tell.
