Emmys Group Pulls Award For Kevin Spacey Following Sexual Misconduct Allegations

Things are falling apart fast for disgraced actor Kevin Spacey. Due to the allegation that he tried to seduce a 14 year old actor years ago, he’s now losing an award he was supposed to get this year.

The International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences — one of the groups behind the Emmys — will not go through with a planned award for Kevin Spacey in light of sexual misconduct allegations against him, officials said Monday.

Spacey has come under fire after Anthony Rapp accused Spacey of trying to take advantage of him years ago, when Rapp was just 14.

“The International Academy has announced today that in light of recent events it will not honor Kevin Spacey with the 2017 International Emmy Founders Award,” according to a statement from the International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences.

Spacey’s career is probably over. Had he responded in a better way to the allegations, he might have survived this but no one is happy about it. Even people on the left are blasting him for hiding behind his announcement that he’s gay to excuse his awful behavior.

He will become a toxic figure like Harvey Weinstein. If more allegations come out it will get even worse.
