Schwarzenegger bikes through Paris, calling out Trump on climate

Former California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger (R) on Monday went after President Trump’s decision to withdraw from the Paris climate agreement, biking to the French capital’s city hall to discuss the issue with the mayor.

Photos and videos posted online show Schwarzenegger waving and grinning as he rides on a green bike, wearing a green tie.

The action movie star spoke at an event focused on climate change that was hosted by R20, a nonprofit he co-founded.

Trump in June announced that the United States would withdraw from the Paris climate agreement, calling it “unfair at the highest level.” The decision placed the U.S. at odds with the rest of the world — every other country has signed on to the agreement.
