The Liberal site Slate just twisted Kellyanne Conway’s words to make her look bad. They said Kellyanne said women with kids shouldn’t take White House jobs. That’s not what she said. Not even close.
It’s not surprising that Liberals are smearing Kellyanne. What’s surprising is this: Liberal CNN host Jake Tapper called them out!
This is what Slate wrote:
Kellyanne Conway Suggests That Women With Kids Shouldn’t Take Jobs in the White House
Donald Trump’s former campaign manager Kellyanne Conway said that mothers should not accept high-powered career opportunities—a standard that does not apply to fathers, in Conway’s opinion.
Conway told the audience at Politico’s “Women Rule” event on Wednesday that it would be impossible for her to serve both in the Trump White House and as a mother to her four children, all of whom are under 12. Conway’s husband is a partner at a Big Law firm.
That’s not what happened. Mediaite reports:
Jake Tapper Calls Out Slate For ‘Ridiculous and False’ Story About Kellyanne Conway
CNN host Jake Tapper called out Slate for a misleading story about Donald Trump campaign manager Kellyanne Conway, saying his sources told him they were taking her way remarks at a Politico event way out of context.

The left just wants to smear and discredit Trump’s people whenever they can.
They’ll even make stuff up to do it.
