Joe Biden recently appeared on MSNBC and like all other media he has done lately, it did not go well.
Biden stammered and looked down at points as he appeared to be reading from prepared note cards.

I really wonder what goes through Jill Biden’s head as she watches her husband stumble through one interview after another. At this point, it can no longer be said that he makes frequent gaffes. His mental decline is now apparent to anyone who listens to him speak for even a minute.
In the tweet below, RNC Rapid Response Director Steve Guest presents a clip of Biden trying to discuss President Trump’s coronavirus response.
The presumptive Democratic nominee says, “We have to depend on what the president’s going to do right now. And first of all he has, uh, .to tell…uh…uh…wait til the cases before anything happens — look, the whole idea…he’s got to get in place things that were shortages of.”
As he begins speaking, he reads from notes and he sounds okay. Then he looks up from his notes and starts to speak off the cuff, and the incoherence begins.

The coronavirus originated in Wuhan, China.
Joe Biden just referred to it as the "Luhan" virus.
He has no clue what we're fighting.
