Remember when Democrats were passing Obamacare and Nancy Pelosi said they had to pass the bill before everyone could find out what’s in it?
Joe Biden is now taking a similar approach with the United States Supreme Court.
He said on Thursday that he won’t answer questions about packing the court with liberal justices until after the election.
That’s just not an acceptable answer.
The Daily Caller reports:
‘You’ll Know…When The Election Is Over’: Biden Refuses Again To Say Whether He Will Pack The Court
Former Vice President Joe Biden again refused to say whether he will pack the Supreme Court Thursday, saying that media will find out where he stands on packing the court “when the election is over.”
“You’ll know my opinion on court-packing when the election is over,” he told reporters Thursday.
“It’s a great question, and I don’t blame you for asking,” he continued, “but you know the moment I answer that question, the headline in every one of your papers will be about that, other than focusing on what’s happening now. The election has begun. There has never been a court appointment once an election has begun.”

How is the media OK with this answer?
Brought to you by the same party that said, “We have to pass this bill to find out what’s in it.”

In other words, I'm going to evade the question because I will definitely be planning on packing the courts.

Biden is AGAIN refusing to answer a question on packing the court… WOW. Says the only reason he won't answer the question is because it would be the headline on every paper…

Biden is running for president.
The American people deserve an answer to this question.
