President Donald Trump’s State Department has massively slashed the number of foreign refugees entering the United States!
Trump has already signed an executive order that caps the number of refugees who enter the US in Fiscal Year 2017 at 50,000. But, in recent weeks, the number of refugees entering the US are dwindling quickly.
Check out the breakdowns here:
FACT: 37,154 foreign refugees have entered US thus far in FY 2017… only 12,846 more can enter this Fiscal Year due to #Trump's 50K cap…

The Trump administration has slowed the number of refugees entering in one, single week to below 700, which is still a high number, considering these individuals have to be vetted to make sure they have no ties to foreign terrorism.
But, this is a big step away from the former Obama administration’s refugee handling, where up to 3-4,000 refugees could enter the US in a single week!
