Wow! Judge Napolitano says, “The fix was in” on Hillary’s email investigation. He reports that FBI agents in the field wanted the present the evidence to a Grand Jury. They wanted to pursue an indictment of Hillary.
So why didn’t they?
Judge Napolitano points to the only reason possible why it didn’t happen.

From the video:
“Now we are getting FBI agents speaking off the record, saying the following: ‘Almost to a person, the FBI agents in the field – meaning the human beings who actually did the investigation and the interrogations, not management – almost to a person wanted to present this to a Grand Jury and seek an indictment.‘ And they are livid at the decision of management not to do so.
I’ve argued that the fix was in. The FBI did not use the tools available to it. No Grand Jury. No subpoena. No search warrant. No meaningful supervision by the Department of Justice. These are only decisions that could have been made at the top. Not by the agents in the field.”
