Dr. Ben Carson is before the Senate for his confirmation hearing to be the next Secretary of Housing and Urban Development.
While most of the hearing was respectful of Dr. Carson, there was one moment when a Democrat senator tried to ask one more question.
Dr. Carson took a look at him and said the senator reminded him of a famous detective. A detective who always says, “One more thing.”

From the video:
Senator Sherrod Brown (D-OH): “Just one more – I just wanted to thank – I’m sorry – I’m sorry – I just wanted to -“
Ben Carson: “You remind me of Columbo.” [laughter]
Sherrod Brown: “I’ve actually heard that before . . . I think I heard it from somebody in Youngstown.”
Look at Dr. Carson’s wife (over his left shoulder). She can’t believe he said that!
Here’s the Columbo that Dr. Carson was talking about:
Way to go, Dr. Carson!
It’s time to stop putting up with Democrat shenanigans.
Best of all, it’s another reminder of this: Trump has picked people who are going to stand up to the Democrats!
