It look like George Will won’t be shedding any tears over Bill O’Reilly’s departure from FOX News. The two had a very public tiff after Will panned O’Reilly’s book, “Killing Reagan.”

And now Will gets in a parting shot as O’Reilly is booted from his twenty year seat as FOX’s top rated show host.

Newsmax has the story:

The ouster of Fox News star Bill O’Reilly is no great loss because the fiery host is “replaceable,” conservative commentator George Will said Wednesday.

… “On air he’s reckless,” Will declared. “Off the air he’s reckless and bullying. There’s a seamlessness here.”

“I think Fox News has to decide what it wants to be,” he continued. “It seems as long as Bill O’Reilly is the face of Fox News and, let’s face it, he is, their ability to expand their brand and to diversify their audience and become something other than a stale product depends on moving beyond Bill O’Reilly.”
