Brace yourself. Mitt Romney is probably running for U.S. Senate, but he’s playing coy. He doesn’t think you’ve figured it out. He thinks you’ve forgotten his comments about President Trump. He also thinks that if he plays it cool, you’ll sit on the edge of your seat until February 15 when he announces his intention to run.
FOX News has the story on Mitt’s announcement, or lack thereof:
Former Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney plans to announce on Feb. 15 if he’ll run for the Utah Senate seat held by Orrin Hatch.
Romney said in a Twitter post Thursday that he’s looking forward to the announcement. The post included a link to his website , which no longer includes references to his 2012 presidential campaign and quotes from his concession speech. Instead, it offers visitors a form to sign up and “Join Team Mitt.”
Looking forward to making an announcement on February 15th about the Utah Senate race. https://t.co/OLXWZWREEK

Romney’s been considered a top candidate for the Senate seat after longtime Republican Sen. Orrin Hatch announced in January that he would not seek another term.
He’s already been stumping around Utah and an announcement seems imminent. No big surprise here.
