In the late hours of Saturday night, federal judge James Robert of Seattle, blocked the executive order that temporarily banned refugees from seven nations. The west coast judge is now the center of a controversy for his decision that the new president vows to appeal, and win.
Independent Journal Review reports:
On Friday, a federal judge in Seattle made a ruling that threw a wrench in President Trump’s executive order on “extreme vetting” of refugees.
The judge, James Robart, blocked Trump’s order.
Reuters presents the comments of our new POTUS as he strikes back to bring order and safety back to the U.S.
U.S. President Donald Trump said the Justice Department will win an appeal filed late Saturday of a judge’s order lifting a travel ban he had imposed on citizens of seven mainly Muslim countries.
“We’ll win. For the safety of the country, we’ll win,” he told reporters at his private Mar-a-Lago resort in Palm Beach, Florida, shortly after the Justice Department filed a notice that it intends to appeal the order.
And, the left scrambles to create a controversy out of nothing. In tweets, Trump expresses his displeasure for Robart’s decision.
Pretty good points, by most people’s standards:
When a country is no longer able to say who can, and who cannot , come in & out, especially for reasons of safety &.security – big trouble!

Interesting that certain Middle-Eastern countries agree with the ban. They know if certain people are allowed in it's death & destruction!

The opinion of this so-called judge, which essentially takes law-enforcement away from our country, is ridiculous and will be overturned!

What is our country coming to when a judge can halt a Homeland Security travel ban and anyone, even with bad intentions, can come into U.S.?

The judge opens up our country to potential terrorists and others that do not have our best interests at heart. Bad people are very happy!

How many people, do you think, have the same opinion of western district and 9th circuit judges?
Maybe the next agenda item for the Trump administration would be to set the judicial branch straight and impeach judges who can’t seem to stay within the bounds of our laws or Constitution.
