Out of all the members of Trump’s cabinet, Secretary of Defense James Mattis enjoys the highest approval ratings. This isn’t very surprising. Mattis is doing a fantastic job, plus he keeps a fairly low profile. He is also sending ISIS back to the stone age. What’s not to love?
The Washington Examiner reports:
Jim Mattis has the highest approval rating in Trump’s Cabinet, survey finds
Defense Secretary Jim Mattis leads the pack as the most-approved-of member of President Trump’s Cabinet, according to a new survey released Wednesday.
Slightly more than one-third of registered voters, 35 percent, are happy with the retired Marine Corps general compared to 19 percent who are not, based on a Morning Consult and Politico survey conducted March 15-19.
The survey also found that eight out of Trump’s 18 Cabinet members have disapproval ratings that are higher than their favorable ratings.
U.S. Ambassador to the U.N. Nikki Haley and Ben Carson, secretary of Housing and Urban Development, tied for second place at 34 percent approval. However, Carson’s disapproval rating of 32 percent was significantly higher than Haley’s 20 percent.
White House chief of staff John Kelly ranked fourth at 32 percent approval.
Imagine how much higher everyone’s approval ratings would be if the liberal media reported the administration’s accomplishments instead of bashing them 24/7.
