Matt Gaetz Goes Off At Hearing: “You’re Going To Try To Overturn The Results Of An Election” (VIDEO)

The impeachment hearings got a little heated on Monday.

Rep. Matt Gaetz went off on Jerry Nadler and the Democrats at one point.

He made an excellent point, too.

Rep. Matt Gaetz Just Summarized This Trump Impeachment Circus With This Outburst Against Jerry Nadler

We’re neck-deep in this craziness because a reported CIA agent, who is also a Democrat and had worked with a 2020 candidate, filed a whistleblower report over a July phone call President Trump had with the Ukrainians. Trump supposedly shook down the Ukrainians, threatening to withhold aid unless they open a corruption investigation into Hunter Biden.

The 2020 election was not mentioned. Aid was not withheld. There is no quid pro quo, but here we are; Democrats trying to impeach the president over an allegation that’s even more shoddy and weak than the Russian collusion myth. And this same whistleblower contacted Rep. Adam Schiff’s (D-CA) staff prior to filing the complaint; Schiff knew the contents beforehand.

Schiff is the starting QB for this impeachment effort and you can bet he didn’t let this opportunity to weaponize this report to get the ball rolling on the Democrats’ impeachment fetish. Oh, and let’s not forget that this whole thing started in the secretive basement of House Democrats…

“You’re going to try to overturn the results of an election with unelected people giving testimony,” he barked.

Gaetz did a great job pointing out the hypocrisy of the proceedings.

Other Republicans should follow his lead.
