Maxine Waters should be removed from Congress for this. She is an elected representative calling for mobs to attack and harass other government officials. She has crossed the line before, but this is too much. She needs to go.

Waters Encourages Public Harassment of Trump Administration Officials: ‘Create a Crowd … Tell Them They’re Not Welcome’
Rep. Maxine Waters (D., Calif.) endorsed the practice of publicly harassing Trump administration officials on Saturday, encouraging people to “create a crowd” around any they see and tell them they’re “not welcome.”
Speaking at a “Keep Families Together” rally in California, Waters blasted Attorney General Jeff Sessions as a racist and dismissed his quoting of the Bible to defend the Trump administration’s border policies separating illegal immigrants from their children, saying “God is on our side.”
“If you see anybody from that Cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and you create a crowd, and you push back on them, and you tell them they’re not welcome anymore, anywhere,” Waters said. “We’ve got to get the children connected to their parents.”

This woman is a disgrace to her office. She should be made to resign over this.
