Nancy Pelosi Says Democrats Need to ‘Brag’ More About Their Message (VIDEO)

Nancy Pelosi was recently asked about the Democrats’ message for the 2018 elections on MSNBC. Even the far left network has noticed that they don’t stand for anything but being against Trump. But Pelosi said Democrats just aren’t bragging enough.

The Washington Free Beacon reports:

Pelosi: Democrats Need to ‘Brag’ More About Their Message

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D., Calif.) said Sunday Democrats need to “brag” more about their message and accomplishments, pushing back against the idea that the party didn’t have a unified front heading into the 2018 midterms.

MSNBC fill-in anchor Jonathan Capehart told Pelosi on “AM Joy” that Democrats are concerned the party has “no message,” saying it’s clear they are against President Donald Trump but they don’t know what they’re for.

“Is that a true statement, and if it’s not, what are Democrats for?” Capehart asked.

“Democrats are for the people,” Pelosi said…

Pelosi proudly said the party was “unified in our message” and praised fellow Democratic Reps. Hakeem Jeffries (N.Y.), David Cicilline (R.I) and Cheri Bustos (Ill.) for bringing the new slogan about.

“It’s not that we don’t know what we stand for. It’s how do we convey the message, and every day we have a fight. What we have to do is brag about it more,” Pelosi said.
