Newt Gingrich recently appeared on the Sean Hannity show and compared the Clintons and their family business of influence peddling through the Clinton Foundation to organized crime. As usual, his argument was airtight.

Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich on Thursday said new revelations about the Clinton Foundation’s fundraising practices demonstrate it operated like the mob.
Emails released this week by WikiLeaks show that two chief fundraisers from the family-run charity pushed corporate donors to provide business opportunities to former President Bill Clinton. Appearing on “The Laura Ingraham Show,” Gingrich expressed disgust.
“The Clintons run what is in effect the equivalent of organized crime,” he said. “They had methodically figured out every way to fleece people. They did so at the expense of the people of Haiti. They did so at the expense of poor people everywhere.”
Gingrich said the Clintons also sued the secretary of state’s office “in ways that are clearly illegal.”
