When it comes to the Pennsylvania Republican primary, all the attention is going to Dr. Oz. But there is another Republican in that race who is gaining major ground with conservatives.
Kathy Barnette is from humble beginnings. She grew up on a pig farm in the rural south. Through hard work and determination, she became a political commentator.
She also said during the last debate that she is a product of rape and that is why she is pro-life.

On Wednesday, candidates for Pennsylvania GOP Senate primary gathered for a debate as they attempt to sway voters before the May 17 primary election.

Staunchly anti-abortion, Barnette grew up on a pig farm in Alabama with no running water and became the first person in her family to graduate from college and later went on to serve in the U.S. Army Reserves, the Philadelphia Inquirer reported.
