The liberal media thinks it has the high ground over Trump. But a new poll suggests most voters agree with him that the press makes up stories about him. It’s not a difficult thing to see if you just turn on the TV. Almost all of the reportage is negative every single day.
The Washington Free Beacon reports:
Poll: Voters Agree With Trump, Say Major News Orgs ‘Fabricate’ Stories About Him
A new poll finds that voters agree by a wide margin with President Donald Trump that major news organizations “fabricate news stories” about his administration.
The poll, conducted by Politico and Morning Consult, found that 46 percent of registered voters “believe the nation’s major news organizations fabricate news stories about President Trump and his administration.” Only 37 percent said stories are not fabricated about Trump.
The president has long complained about the coverage his administration gets from the major news networks. On Tuesday he took to Twitter to call them all “fiction writers.”
“So much Fake News being put in dying magazines and newspapers. Only place worse may be @NBCNews, @CBSNews, @ABC and @CNN. Fiction writers!” Trump wrote.
The media could correct this problem if they wanted to but their political agenda is more important to them than telling the truth. It’s obvious to anyone who’s paying attention.
