Have you ever thought of climate change as a form of chemical warfare? One activist for Black Lives Matter apparently does.
During the “People’s March” for climate change in Washington, DC, this weekend she explained it to a reporter from Democracy Now!
Reporter: Talk about where you’re from and why you’re here.
Jazzlyn Lindsey: Yeah, I’m from right here in DC, born and raised and I’m here…
Reporter: So then you could ask us, why are YOU here?
Jazzlyn Lindsey: Definitely! Well I hope that I know why you’re here and I hope that it’s for a good cause and we’re all on the same page. We realize that people of color and especially black people are disproportionately affected by climate change and that it’s time to end the war on black America and in all the ways that it happens and that includes chemical warfare in the forms of land, air and water pollution. So we’re here marching and standing up for that.

Is this where the left really is on climate change?
Chemical warfare?
