President Trump’s attorney Mark Kasowitz told reporters that former disgraced FBI Director James Comey lied while under oath.
Comey lied when he claimed that he leaked the memo of his conversations with President Trump after a tweet from President Trump, the tweet wasn’t published until the following day, after the leak!
Kasowitz: Comey testified that he only leaked the memos in response to a tweet. The public record reveals that The New York Times was quoting from those memos the day before the referenced tweet.
That is perjury and he should be prosecuted for it.

Comey admitted during the hearing that he leaked the memo after President Trump’s tweet.
Here is the tweet from President Trump:
James Comey better hope that there are no “tapes” of our conversations before he starts leaking to the press!

The story in The New York Times was pubslied on May 11 – a full day before the tweet was sent out – in a piece titled: In a Private Dinner, Trump Demanded Loyalty. Comey Demurred.
James Comey lied under oath and is attempting to hurt the President. He should be prosecuted for perjury!
