Trucking Company Says It Will No Longer Make Deliveries To Cities With Defunded Police

Many American cities run by Democrats are currently in shambles.

Minneapolis is a mess. Portland has been the scene of riots for over 70 nights in a row. And these cities, along with others like them are in the process of defunding their police forces.

Now things are about to get worse for these cities.

One trucking company has announced they will no longer deliver goods to cities with defunded police.

The FOX Business Network reports:

Trucking company not going to cities pushing to defund police: ‘We have to keep drivers safe’

A trucking company owner told Fox News on Wednesday that in order to keep drivers safe, he will not direct services to cities that are pushing to defund the police.

“Our first priority is to support our drivers and their safety when they are on the road,” co-owner of JKC Trucking Mike Kucharski told “Fox & Friends First.”

Kucharski said that defunding the police is a bad idea because drivers carry valuable cargo on the road for weeks.

“Everybody wants to steal this,” Kucharski said…

Kucharski said that his company is also avoiding states pushing to defund the police because his insurance coverage is prone to dissolve.

What are these cities going to do when they can’t get deliveries of food, gasoline, and other necessary supplies?

‘No police, no delivery’: Trucking co. owner tells Fox News his drivers won’t deliver to defunded cities

On Wednesday, the owner of an Illinois trucking company appeared on a popular cable news show to talk about steps that he is taking to keep his employees safe…

“Our first priority is to support our drivers and their safety when they are on the road,” Kucharski explained.

Kucharski points to the fact that truckers haul valuable goods and says that when you’re out on the road, “there’s no safe place” for drivers to go. Without police to protect drivers, he says it’s just too dangerous.

Other companies will follow this one.

The Democrats who run these cities are doing this to themselves and the people they were elected to serve.
