Trump Demands Identity Of Government Official Who Wrote Anonymous Resistance Piece For New York Times

The New York Times just published an anonymous column by someone claiming to work in the Trump administration who is a member of the resistance, trying to bring down his presidency. This would never, ever happen to a Democrat president. It’s beyond outrageous.

FOX News reports:

WH official pens anonymous NY Times op-ed calling Trump ‘anti-democratic,’ ‘petty and ineffective’

The New York Times on Wednesday published an explosive opinion piece written by an anonymous senior White House official who described a “two-track presidency” in which top officials are “working diligently from within to frustrate parts of [President Trump’s] agenda and his worst inclinations.”

The piece quickly triggered anger from inside the White House, as President Trump called it “gutless,” and Press Secretary Sarah Sanders demanded the unnamed author “resign.”

In the piece, entitled “I Am Part of the Resistance Inside the Trump Administration,” the author wrote that the alleged actions by White House officials were not part of “the popular ‘resistance’ of the left.”

Trump wants to know who it is:

Later Wednesday, Trump tweeted: “Does the so-called ‘Senior Administration Official’ really exist, or is it just the Failing New York Times with another phony source? If the GUTLESS anonymous person does indeed exist, the Times must, for National Security purposes, turn him/her over to government at once!”

The American people deserve to know who this person is. They are trying to subvert the will of the people.
