A new Rasmussen poll found that President Trump’s approval rating has hit 50%.
From Rasmussen:
The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Thursday shows that 50% of Likely U.S. Voters approve of President Trump’s job performance. Forty-nine percent (49%) disapprove.
The latest figures include 40% who Strongly Approve of the job Trump is doing and 44% who Strongly Disapprove. This gives him a Presidential Approval Index rating of -4.Â
On September 3rd, 2012 this same poll found that President Obama had a 48% approval rating.
This is a trend we have seen since the RNC convention.
The RNC Convention was far more successful the DNC convention:
From Fox News:Â
Meanwhile, the Republican National Convention brought in 147.9 million total views across television and online between Monday and the end of Thursday night’s programming, according to a senior campaign official.
The DNC convention, as Fox News previously reported, had 122 million total viewers through television and online.

The RNC also outraised them:
A senior Trump campaign official told Fox News that the campaign, the RNC, and Trump Victory and Trump MAGAC (Make America Great Again Committee) raised $76 million between the kick-off to the convention Monday and President Trump’s formal nomination acceptance Thursday night.
Last week, Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden’s campaign announced that it, the Democratic National Committee, and their joint fundraising committees brought in $70 million in fundraising during the 4-day Democratic convention. The Biden campaign held numerous grassroots and high-dollar fundraising events throughout the week.
Since the RNC convention, many polls have shown President Trump doing much better than before.
Another Rasmussen poll found President Trump and Joe Biden tied in Pennsylvania which is a key swing state.
From Rasmussen:
President Trump and Democratic nominee Joe Biden are running dead even in Pennsylvania.
The latest Rasmussen Reports telephone and online survey of Likely Voters in the Keystone State finds Trump and Biden with 46% support each. Four percent (4%) prefer some other candidate, and another four percent (4%) remain undecided. (To see survey question wording, click here.)
Among the 82% of voters who say they are certain now how they will vote in the presidential election, Trump holds a slight 51% to 49% advantage.
Another poll from East Carolina University found President Trump had taken the lead in North Carolina, another critical battleground state.
From Breitbart:
President Trump now leads Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden by two points in the key battleground state of North Carolina, 49 percent to 47 percent, according to a poll released by East Carolina University on Tuesday.
The results represent a three point swing towards the president and away from Biden when compared to the most recent poll East Carolina University conducted in June, which gave the former vice president a one point lead over Trump.
We also have seen many liberals beginning to worry out loud that President Trump might win again in 2020.
Michael Moore took to Facebook to warn liberals about the enthusiasm of President Trump’s base:
Are you ready for a Trump victory? Are you mentally prepared to be outsmarted by Trump again? Do you find comfort in your certainty that there is no way Trump can win? Are you content with the trust you’ve placed in the DNC to pull this off? The Biden campaign just announced he’ll be visiting a number of states— but not Michigan. Sound familiar?
I’m warning you almost 10 weeks in advance. The enthusiasm level for the 60 million in Trump’s base is OFF THE CHARTS! For Joe, not so much. Don’t leave it to the Democrats to get rid of Trump. YOU have to get rid of Trump. WE have to wake up every day for the next 67 days and make sure each of us are going to get a hundred people out to vote. ACT NOW!
Left-wing comedian Bill Maher also admitted he was worried about President Trump winning in 2020.
“How much Facebook is controlled by the right wing and how much more of their stories get recirculated, I’m feeling less confident – maybe the convention bump got to me.”@billmaher on Trump’s RNC speech. #TheReidOut pic.twitter.com/kPjPbKtpUE
