Truth Social Downloads Soar After Mar-A-Lago Raid

The raid of Mar-A-Lago just boosted Trump’s Truth Social.

After the raid downloads of Trump’s Truth Social grew by around 550% – in total the app has roughly 3 million downloads.

The Washington Examiner reported:

The FBI raid on Mar-a-Lago has caused anger among conservatives who demand to know the reason for the search.

Meanwhile, there’s a bright side for Donald Trump.

Truth Social, the former president’s social media platform, has seen a roughly 550% increase in app downloads in the week following the raid, according to Data AI.

Trump responded to the story by blasting the media for calling the social media platform “a “little-used” site with “few” people watching.”

From Truth Social

It’s amazing, I’ve had two stories—one in Politico, one in the Fake New York Times, where in the midst of the story, they say that I put my message out on Truth Social, a “little-used” site with “few” people watching. More Fake News. They know it’s now one of the hottest sites in the world, but they will never admit it, that’s why they call them the Fake News. Everyone is watching @truthsocial!

A recent poll found Republican voter enthusiasm growing after the Mar-A-Lago raid.

Breitbart reported:

Enthusiasm for voting in this year’s midterm election has grown by six points after the FBI raided the Mar-a-Lago, the home of former President Donald Trump, according to two recent YouGov polls.

When 1500 adult U.S. citizens were asked from August 13 to 16 if they were more or less enthusiastic about voting in this year’s election compared to the previous congressional election year, 51 percent of Republicans said they were more enthusiastic.

This is an increase of six points in enthusiasm since the YouGov poll from August 7 to 9. The August 7 to 9 poll showed only 45 percent were more enthusiastic about voting in this year’s election than in the previous congressional election year.

Another win for Trump.
