This is beautiful.
Jerry Nadler violated the rules of his own committee and got called out by Republican Rep. Doug Collins.
Basically, Nadler used his time to badmouth the president.
Collins reminded him that Nadler himself had barred this to protect Democrats from criticism.

Oh goodness! Let it go! Grasping at anything and everything to take President Trump down!! He won, he will win again! Why are you so incredibly angry at a President who is changing America to let you live a better life? What are you afraid of?

Collins is also criticizing the way that Nadler is stacking the deck for the Mueller hearing next week.
Townhall reports:
‘This Committee Got Rolled’: Doug Collins Criticizes Nadler’s Handling of Mueller Hearing
Former special counsel Robert Mueller will testify before the House Judiciary and House Intelligence Committees on Wednesday, July 17. The official times were posted just this morning.
Rep. Doug Collins (R-GA), the panel’s ranking member, offered a quick preview on Fox News Thursday morning. He was especially fuming over Chairman Jerry Nadler’s (D-NY) handling of the hearing. There are 41 members on the committee, but it seems like only 22 members will be able to ask Mueller questions.
“This committee got rolled,” according to Collins.
But it’s not just a personal slight against them. It’s also against House rules, he alleged.
Judiciary and Intel Committees officially notice their July 17 Mueller hearings:

Rep. COLLINS notes limiting the # of members who can ask Mueller questions violates this House rule:
"Each committee shall apply the
5-minute rule during the questioning of witnesses…until
such time as each member of the committee who so desires has had an opportunity."— Kyle Cheney (@kyledcheney) July 11, 2019
Doug Collins is clearly one of the good Republicans.
We need to pay more attention to him.
