Nancy Pelosi has formed a new committee in Congress to look at the Trump administration’s response to the Coronavirus crisis.
Many people have suggested that this is just another partisan effort by Democrats to investigate Trump.
That belief seems to be confirmed by the fact that Pelosi has appointed Maxine Waters to serve on the panel.
She is incapable of being objective on anything Trump related.

McCarthy fumes after Pelosi names Maxine Waters, 6 other Dems to oversee coronavirus funds
A newly created House panel for overseeing the Trump administration’s multitrillion-dollar coronavirus response — which House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy has dubbed “another impeachment committee” — may lack bipartisan spirit.
That’s because the seven appointees House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., unveiled this week to the House Select Coronavirus Committee were all Democrats, including a fellow Californian, Rep. Maxine Waters.
No Republicans were on the list — and McCarthy, R-Calif., said it may stay that way.
“I was clear with the speaker, I’m not convinced yet that we even participate,” McCarthy told reporters Thursday, according to The Hill. “We are going to participate in everything that is fair in the process that has the Senate and has the House, it has an equal weighting.”
Pelosi’s choices suggest the new panel is “purely political,” McCarthy said.
Here’s a list of all the Democrats on the committee:
Pelosi names the Democrats who'll sit on the new Select Committee on the Coronavirus Crisis:
• Majority Whip Jim Clyburn
• Chairwoman Maxine Waters
• Chairwoman Carolyn Maloney
• Chairwoman Nydia Velázquez
• Chairman Bill Foster
• Chairman Jamie Raskin
• Chairman Andy Kim

Maxine Waters has no business serving on this committee.
If Pelosi truly wanted bipartisan oversight of the #COVID__19 response, she would not have put Maxine Waters on the committee. Waters called for the impeachment of @POTUS just 2 weeks into his presidency. This is nothing but the next attempt to impeach @realDonaldTrump.

If Nancy Pelosi didn't want this "oversight" panel to be political, she wouldn't name herself and someone like Maxine Waters to it.
Instead, that's exactly what she did. This panel is just another platform for Democrats to bash Trump. https://t.co/C0sIgbgXvI

It’s a joke and people aren’t going to take it seriously.
